How can HOI benefit our school?
As a thank you, Halls of Ivy has two option to benefit your school. We can provide you with an hour of our time photographing “A day in the life of your school” to use for your marketing materials or 5% of net sales for fundraising. Other options are negotiable based on market trends.
What will be required of our staff?
Halls of Ivy will manage the shoot from start to finish. The only thing we will need from the school is the name and contact information for each family. We will give parents all the information they will need leading up to the shoot as well as how to view and order from their galleries.
How is HOI different from other school photographers?
Halls of Ivy provides beautiful, unique portraits that capture a child’s personality. Through personal interaction with the students we avoid your run of the mill “cheese” smile and take pictures that parents will say, “you captured them perfectly!” Parents will be sent a personal gallery of 3-6 images shown in both color and black and white.
Can we select a different background?
Halls of Ivy only photographs the students on a black backdrop so that the focus is on the child’s expression. It’s simplicity is the very thing that sets us apart from other vendors.
What should we expect on the day of the session?
Halls of Ivy will arrive an hour before the session to set up and prepare. We will run on a schedule that has been pre-approved by the administration. We understand the importance of classroom time and therefore will run the schedule in a timely manner.
